Help with saved projects, exports, Beat Files, Photo Library access, and app behavior.

Contact support

Describe what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and Beat Tap version.

Do not attach copyrighted, private, or sensitive media unless it is necessary to investigate the issue and you have permission to share it.

Useful details to include

Saved projects

Include the project type, approximate duration, clip count, beat count, and what happened while saving or reopening it.

Export problems

Include the selected quality, timeline resolution and FPS, available storage, and the exact error shown by Beat Tap.

Beat Files

Beat Files use the .beatsong extension. They can be opened from Files or imported from Beat Tap's Export tab.

Photo Library access

Review Beat Tap's Photo Library permission under iOS Settings if selected media, iCloud originals, project restoration, or save-to-Photos features are unavailable.

Accounts and subscriptions

Beat Tap does not require an account or subscription. There is no password, cloud project account, or subscription to recover. Projects are saved locally on the device.
